Audubon CT Bent of the River: Weekly Afternoon Birding Hikes
November 22 @ 1:45 pm - 3:15 pm
$10Look for birds and learn about bird conservation topics on a hike at the Bent. These birding hikes will be at different trails and locations that vary in difficulty. Easy hikes have flat trails with little to no incline accessible for those with mobility limitations and are slow-paced. Medium hikes that have areas of incline and uneven ground but overall are not strenuous.
These hikes are guided by the Bent’s Community Conservation Programs Coordinator, Allison Middlemass who will teach about that day’s topic and help participants with bird IDs. Binoculars will be provided for folks without their own to borrow for the hike.
