Watching thousands of crows return to their nightly roost is an exciting winter spectacle. We are never sure where the roost will be each night, but it’s been nearby the last several years. I’ll be tracking the roost location and will update the meeting place using the AllHAS e–mail if the crows have moved to a new area. If the crows have made a sudden switch (relatively rare), we may have the adventure of finding their new location. Dress quite warmly (including hats, gloves, and warm footwear): we will mostly be standing in one place. The crow show will probably last a little over an hour. Trip will be cancelled or rescheduled if snow or rain is falling or the weather is otherwise dangerous; call to ask if the
weather seems borderline.
