Kellogg Environmental Center: Bird Walk at Silver Sands State Park

Walk along the boardwalk and gravel path to see wading birds in the tidal creeks, osprey overhead and smaller shorebirds (a.k.a. “peeps”) foraging at water’s edge. Bring your own binoculars or you may borrow a pair from us. Meet in the parking lot at the kiosk next to the boardwalk.

Handicapped parking available. Meet in parking lot at Kiosk next to the boardwalk.
