Interested in birds but not sure where to begin? Join Senior Naturalist, Frank Gallo, author of Birding in Connecticut, for an enjoyable hands-on course on how to identify birds. This introductory class teaches you the basics, from how to choose and use field guides, apps, and other resources to the techniques needed to learn to identify birds on your own.

No experience necessary. Winter and early Spring are the perfect times to begin learning to identify birds before the spring migrants arrive.
